Humber Community Seniors’ Services is a non-profit organization with a proud history of making a difference in people’s lives by serving our community for nearly 50 years.
Our goal continues to be to help seniors and adults with disabilities live independently, safely, with dignity, and with the highest quality of life possible.

Our Services
Meals on Wheels – Hot and nutritious meals delivered to your home daily.
Transportation – to medical appointments, grocery shopping etc.
Home Help – Assistance with house cleaning, grocery shopping and prescription pick-up.
Escorted Monthly Outings – To local points of interest, shopping, lunch outings, theatres, craft shows, etc
Adult Day Program – Daily care provided for seniors and adults with physical and cognitive impairments. (i.e. Alzheimer)
Home and Property Maintenance – Grass cutting, snow removal, window cleaning, handy man and small repair jobs.
Telephone Reassurance/Security Checks – Friendly telephone calls to see if our clients are ok.
Wellness Programs – Enjoyable activities that help develop creative and learning skills to enhance your quality of life in a welcoming group environment.
Safe Driving Program – A FREE service to people 55 or older that want to continue to enjoy the freedom and independence of driving their own vehicle.
