Humber’s Meals on Wheels Program is a volunteer-driven, community service that delivers hot, nutritious meals five days a week (and frozen meals to supplement weekends) to our many seniors who are unable to prepare meals for themselves. When requested, therapeutic diets are also available if accompanied by a doctor’s certificate. Frozen meals are usually available with menu choices.
